Case 1: Traditional Export to China

Client: Alfa Global Holding Inc. 

Product: Vitamin Friends nutrition series

Services Provided:

1. Apply for the certificate of origin

2. Apply for the testing and inspection certificate from the China Certification & Inspection Co, Ltd. (CCIC)

3. Act as the import/export agent in China with our food distribution license


Case 2: Cross-Border E-Commerce

Client: HoopLife LLC. 

Product: Enfamil infant formula powder

Service Provided:

1. File the product information with the China customs

2. Ship the products from the U.S. to the bonded warehouse in the Shanghai Pudong Free Trade Zone (the products stay in the bonded warehouse for 7 days to qualify for the speedy paperless custom declaration)

3. Products go through the paperless customs declaration and are transferred from the bonded warehouse to the domestic warehouse  designated by the client

Case 3: Single Item Delivery

Client: We Growing Inc.  (an e-commerce sales agent for oversea consumer products and a stable supplier to TaoBao, the e-commerce giant in China, owned by Alibaba)

Product: 25 types of nutrition or food brands such as Nature Made, Godiva, Nature's Bounty, Kirkland and much more

Service Provided:

1. File the product information with the China customs 

2. Ship the batch of products to the bonded warehouse in the Shanghai Pudong Free Trade Zone

3. Sort, pack and declare the single product item with the customs after receiving the client's authorization 


Note: This type of clients set up e-stores online. When Chinese consumers order from the e-store, the client authorizes our bonded warehouse to ship and deliver item by item, hence the name "Single Item Delivery".


Case 4: Global Payment Solution

Client: Youth Shine LLC. (a healthcare product manufacturing company)

Problem: The client sells products to individual consumers in China, but can not clear the RMB to USD payment settlement.

Solution:

1. BiuBiu Inc. and the client sign a Sales and Purchase Contract to transfer the title of the products to BiuBiu

2. BiuBiu Inc. pays the client in USD

3. BiuBiu Inc.'s China presence, Shanghai Johnson Supply Chain Management Co Ltd. bills the client's China operation to collect the payment in RMB

4. Shanghai Johnson Supply Chain Management Co Ltd. completes the global payment in USD to BiuBiu Inc. via the State Administration of Foreign Exchange of China


Note: Basically, the client used us as the currency interchange agent to convert their China sales proceeds into U.S. dollars. We are licensed by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange of China to settle RMB transactions in USD, and vice versa.
